Packages
Defining packages, make-up and freeze rules, selling and editing a package.
Create a package
Create a package under Studio › Packages: choose its type and classes, then set its credits, validity, price and rules.
Set make-up rules
Use a package's Make-up Right to decide whether members can cancel or move a class, how often, and up to how many hours before it starts.
Set freeze rules
Set on the package definition how many times a member can freeze the package and for how many days each time; a freeze moves the package's end date out.
Seat hold period
Set on the package how many more days a standing member's series seat is kept after their package ends, so renewing in that time keeps their place.
Change a package price
Change a package's price from today or a later date, withdraw a planned price and read the price history; packages already sold keep their price.
Sell a package to a member
Give a member a package: set its dates and price, plan their sessions if you like, and take the payment or record it as debt.
Edit a sold package
Change the dates, the price and the classes of a package already sold to a member with Edit Package, and know beforehand how it affects bookings and debt.
Freeze a member's package
Freeze a package between two dates with Freeze Package on the member's page, and see the new end date and the bookings it removes before you save.
Trial packages
Create a Trial package for newcomers, and learn why the same trial package can be given to a member only once and how that rule is overridden.
