Which columns does the member list template have?
The template starts with the name, phone, email, level and join date, followed by the member's classes, package name, start and end dates, price, credits used and payment status. Fill in the name, email, level and join date for every member; the package columns are only filled for a member with an open package.
How do you fill in the member list template?
Fill in one row per member. Write dates as dd.mm.yyyy and amounts as 3500.00; the level is Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced and the payment status Paid or Unpaid. Write the credits used, not the credits left: with three classes left of eight, Credits Used is five. Write class and package names as the studio uses them, the same way on every row.
| Column | What it holds | Format and example | Needed? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name | The member's full name | Jane Miller | Needed |

| Email address | [email protected]; each member's own address | Needed | |
| Level | The member's level | Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced | Needed |
| Join Date | The day they joined the studio | 01.09.2026 (dd.mm.yyyy) | Needed |
| Classes | The classes the member attends | Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates; several are separated by a comma | Optional |
| Package Name | The member's package | Reformer 8 Classes; the studio's name for the package | Needed for a member with a package |
| Package Start | The day the package starts | 01.09.2026 | Needed for a member with a package |
| Package End | The day the package ends | 30.10.2026; the last day the package is valid | Optional |
| Package Price | What the member paid for the package | 3500.00; what the member actually paid | Optional |
| Credits Used | Credits already used from the package | 2; credits used, not credits left | Optional |
| Payment Status | Whether the package is paid | Paid or Unpaid | Needed for a member with a package |
How do the formulas in the instructor pay sheet work?
The last cell of each row holds the formula of that row's model and uses the amount in the Rate column. Monthly Fixed is the rate itself; Weekly Fixed multiplies it by four, so it assumes a month with four Mondays. Per Class multiplies by the classes held, Per Participant by the attendees, and Revenue Share is attendees times class value times the percentage. In a five-Monday month, change the four to five.
| Model | Pay cell | What it works out |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly Fixed | =F2 | The monthly salary in the Rate column |
| Weekly Fixed | =F3*4 | Weekly fee × 4; assumes a month with four Mondays |
| Per Class | =C4*F4 | Per-class fee × classes held |
| Per Participant | =D5*F5 | Per-participant fee × attendees |
| Revenue Share | =D6*E6*F6/100 | Attendees × class value × share percentage ÷ 100 |
The formulas use plain arithmetic and no function names, so they give the same result in a Turkish and an English Excel.

How do you use the weekly class schedule and the income and expense ledger?
In the schedule every row is a time and every column a day of the week; a cell holds the class and its instructor. In the ledger every movement is one row with its date, type, category, amount and account, and a filter gives month or category totals. Both keep a record but enforce no rule: the sheet does not check capacity, cancellation deadlines or the credits a member has left.
- Schedule: a cell holds the class and instructor, such as Reformer (Elif); add a row for a new time
- Ledger: the Type column reads Income or Expense, amounts read 3500.00, and the Account column separates cash from the bank
- Limit: the sheet does not track how many people booked a class, a late cancellation or the credit a package loses; each is updated by hand

How do you move from the template to Dakik?
You define your classes and packages in Dakik first, then the members are added with their open packages and the credits left in them. Dakik's team helps you move the data, and an up-to-date member list is the easiest place to start. Confirming the remaining credits with members before the switch keeps the first week free of arguments.
Define the classes and packages
Create your classes and packages in Dakik first; members and their open packages are tied to them.
Bring the member list up to date
Write one row per member, and bring open packages and credits used up to the switch date.
Move the data with Dakik's team
Dakik's team helps you move your members and their open packages into your studio.
Confirm the remaining credits
Confirm the credits left with members before the switch, so the first bookings start from the right number.

Frequently asked questions
Do the templates open in Excel or Google Sheets?
Both. The files are CSV: Excel opens them with a double click, Google Sheets through Import in the File menu. Turkish characters are kept.
Do I need an account to use the templates?
No. All four templates are free to download without an account, and you can copy and change them as you like.
Which separator do the templates use?
The English files are separated by commas and the Turkish ones by semicolons, as a spreadsheet in each language expects. When you open a file in Google Sheets through File > Import, letting it detect the separator is enough.
Do the schedule and the pay sheet move to Dakik too?
They do not need to. The schedule, the pay sheet and the ledger are for your own use in a spreadsheet; once you switch, the classes are set up once in Dakik's calendar and the pay is worked out from attendance by itself.
