Which screen do you see
| What you see | What may be the cause? | What to do? |
|---|---|---|
| A full-screen Your usage period has ended or The studio is unavailable right now | The studio's free trial or subscription period has ended. The lock covers every branch of the business; no data is deleted. | If you are an Owner or Admin, renew the subscription: Pay and renew. If you are staff or a member, let your studio know. |
| A full-screen The studio account is suspended | Dakik has paused the studio's access to Dakik for now. | If you are the Owner, write to Dakik support at the address on the screen. If you are staff or a member, get in touch with your studio. |
| A full-screen The studio account is closed | The studio's Dakik account is closed and its data is no longer reachable. | For questions, write to Dakik support. |
| "Your account is inactive. Please get in touch with your studio." | Your studio set your record to Inactive. Your password is right, but your account is closed. | Ask your studio to make your record Active again. |
| "Your account is waiting on an invitation. Use the invitation link in your email." | You have not opened your account through the invitation link yet. | Use the link in the invitation email: The invitation email did not arrive. |
| "That email or password is not right." | The password or the address was mistyped, or your studio deleted your member record. | Reset your password: Forgot your password. If no reset email arrives either, ask your studio. |
If the usage period has ended
Owners and Admins can sign in, but the Your usage period has ended screen opens in place of every page. It shows the plan prices and the ways to reach the Dakik team; you can also write from inside the App with Support. Once your payment is recorded, I Have Paid, Refresh opens your studio again. More in When your usage period ends.
Staff and members cannot sign in meanwhile; when they try, they see a screen reading The studio is unavailable right now. It shows no prices and no address, because only the studio's Owner or an Admin can deal with the subscription.
Open an account again
An Owner or Admin opens an inactive record again. For members, users with the Staff role can too.
On the member page, choose Edit Member from the More actions (⋯) menu. For a staff member, open their record on Business › Staff and edit it.
The edit window opens.
Set the Status to Active.
Press Save.
The person can sign in again with the same email and password. Anyone who never activated their account gets the invitation email again.
If a member record was deleted
A deleted member’s account cannot be brought back; signing in ends with "That email or password is not right." The studio can add the member again with the same email address; they get a new invitation email and open a new account. Their old records are not linked to it: Delete a member.
If another branch or studio opens
- An Owner with several branches lands in their home branch at sign-in. Go to another branch with Switch branch in the top bar: Open and switch branches.
- If the home branch is suspended, sign-in opens the oldest branch that is not. A suspended branch shows as Suspended in the list.
- If you switch branches in one tab, your other open tabs move to the new branch and reload at their next action.
- Staff, Admin and member accounts belong to a single studio, and an email address belongs to one account across all of Dakik. If you are a member of two studios, the second studio has to add you with another email address.
If you still cannot get in
If you are a member, write to your studio first; it is your studio that opens and closes your account. If you are the studio and the problem goes on, contact our support team with your studio's name, your email address and the text on the screen.
