When a studio is locked
The moment your free trial or your paid subscription period ends, your studio is locked unless a new period has been set up. The subscription belongs to your whole business, so the lock reaches every branch at once.
Who sees what
| Who | What they see |
|---|---|
| Owners and Admins | They can sign in, but every page is replaced by the Your usage period has ended screen. It shows the plan prices, the ways to reach the Dakik team, I Have Paid, Refresh, Support and Sign Out. No page opens apart from the Support window. |
| Staff and members | They cannot sign in and see a screen reading The studio is unavailable right now. It shows no prices and no address, only that they pick up where they left off once the studio owner restarts the subscription. Anyone already signed in lands on it at their next action. Your members cannot see their classes, book or cancel. |
| Visitors to your trial class page | The page opens but takes no applications; it reads "This studio's trial page is closed right now." |
| Members using the WhatsApp Assistant | The assistant does not answer their messages. |
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted. Your members, their packages, your calendar, your finance records and your settings stay exactly as they are, and everything carries on where you left off once your studio opens again. However long the lock lasts, your data is never deleted on its own; it is deleted only when you ask for it in writing.
Open your studio again
Reach the Dakik team by opening a request with Support on the lock screen, through the Contact Us link, or by writing to [email protected].
The Dakik team gets back to you with the payment details; a reply to your Support request reaches your email too.
Make the payment.
Once the Dakik team has set up your subscription, press I Have Paid, Refresh.
Your studio opens with all its branches, and your staff and members can sign in again.
