Before you start
- The App has no screen where you change your plan yourself; the Dakik team makes the switch.
- You see your current plan next to your role in the account menu, which opens when you press your profile icon.
- Compare your active member and branch counts with the limits of the new plan: Plans and limits.
Ask for a plan change
Write to [email protected], or choose the Subscription topic on the contact form. Give your current plan, the plan you want and whether you will pay monthly or yearly.
The Dakik team replies by email with the payment details for the new plan.
Make the payment with the details you were sent.
Once the Dakik team has set up your new plan, reload the page.
The new plan name shows in the account menu, and the new limits apply at once.

When you move up
- The new plan's active member and branch limits apply at once.
- On the Pro plan the WhatsApp Assistant becomes available: WhatsApp Assistant.
- Your data and settings stay exactly as they were.
When you move down
A move to a lower plan is made for the next period, once your current payment period ends. When the new plan starts:
- No member is deactivated on their own. If your active member count is above the new limit, you cannot give a package to a member with no running one or set an inactive member whose package is running back to active. Members whose package ends drop out of the count on their own; if a member with a running package has left, deactivating them makes room too: Deactivate a member.
- No branch is closed, but you cannot open a new one until your branch count is below the plan's limit.
- If you leave Pro, the WhatsApp Assistant stops answering your members and the assistant card leaves the Notifications page.
