What the trial includes

You use Dakik free for 30 days from the moment you create your studio. No credit card is asked for, and the App has no payment step.

• Every feature of the Pro plan is open, the WhatsApp Assistant included.
• No active member or branch limit applies, so you can bring your whole member list across and open branches without a plan limit.
• The trial is shared by all your branches; a branch you open later does not start a trial of its own.

See that you are on the trial

Users with the Owner or Admin role see the "Trial · Pro" label next to their role in the account menu. Open it with your profile icon, on the right of the top bar next to the notification bell.

The last-week notice

Once 7 days or fewer are left, a Your trial is ending notice appears at the top of every page. It says how many days are left ("3 days left.", and Today is the last day. on the last one) and gives the [email protected] address. It cannot be closed.

• Owners and Admins also see an "Invite a Studio, Get 30 Days" button in it. When a studio you invited makes its first payment, the 30 days you earn are added to your paid subscription, not to your trial: Invite other studios.
• Your staff and members see the notice too.
• During these days a reminder email also goes to the account owner.

When the trial ends

The trial ends exactly 30 days after the moment you created your studio. If no subscription has been started by then, your studio is locked: Owners and Admins only see the Your usage period has ended screen, and your staff and members cannot sign in. None of your data is deleted: When your usage period ends.
