Before you start
- The App has no card payment and no automatic renewal. You pay outside the App, with the details the Dakik team sends you by email (by bank transfer, for example); the payment and invoicing steps are completed over email.
- The Dakik team records your payment and sets up your subscription. That is what opens your studio; the money arriving is not enough on its own.
- Check which plan suits you first: Plans and limits.
Start or renew your subscription
Write to [email protected], or choose the Subscription topic on the contact form. Give your studio's name, the plan you want and whether you will pay monthly or yearly.
The Dakik team replies by email with the payment details.
Make the payment with the details you were sent.
Once the Dakik team has set up your subscription, open the App or reload the page.
Your plan name shows next to your role in the account menu.
Contact: Contact form for subscriptions
If your studio is locked
If your usage period has ended, the App opens on the Your usage period has ended screen. It shows the plan prices, the Contact Us link, "Write to us: [email protected]" and Support, which lets you write to the Dakik team from inside the App.
Write to the Dakik team as above, or open a request in the Plan and Billing category with Support, and make the payment.
Once the Dakik team has set up your subscription, press I Have Paid, Refresh on the lock screen.
The page reloads and your studio opens where you left off, with all its branches.
Renew before your period ends
The subscription does not renew on its own; your period is not extended until a new one is recorded. Once 7 days or fewer are left, a Your subscription is ending notice appears at the top of every page and a reminder email goes to the account owner. Follow the steps above before the end to avoid a lock.
