Your pages in the menu
For users at the Staff permission level the menu reads Calendar, Profile and Members; after signing in, the app opens on the Calendar. Owners and Admins have Overview at the top of their menu, yet the app opens on the Calendar for them too; those who opened an instructor record for themselves find Profile right below Calendar.
- Profile: this month’s summary, the Needs Attention section, what the studio keeps about you and, at the bottom, the Compensation card.
- Calendar: for an instructor, only your own classes under My Classes.
The top of the page
The page starts with your photo and name, your job title under the name (when it differs from your staff type), your staff type and permission level, beside buttons to the management pages your role can open. The tiles under them, for an instructor:
- Next Class: your next planned class. Pressing it opens that class; with nothing planned, the tile opens the Calendar on My Classes.
- Classes This Month: the classes you held this month and how many more are planned.
- Compensation This Month: this month’s compensation as calculated so far.
- Pending Payment: the total of your compensation not yet paid.
Staff who do not teach see Paid This Month instead of Next Class and Classes This Month. The money tiles are figures only; their breakdown is the Compensation card at the foot of the page.
Needs Attention
The Needs Attention section under the tiles gathers what is waiting on you:
- Your classes still missing attendance. Take Attendance on each row lets you take it right away.
- A You have no compensation definition warning when you have none. Your compensation is not calculated until the studio enters one.
- Money still unpaid from earlier months. The month-by-month breakdown is on the Compensation card on the same page.
When the section holds only lines to know about, it is titled Good to Know. When nothing is waiting, it does not show.
Your profile
What the studio keeps about you shares a grid with Needs Attention and follows it when it shows: Work Details shows your join date and the Compensation Definition in force. If you are paid per class, each rate is written with its classes, "Reformer, Yoga 500 TL · Zumba 300 TL" for example; when there are more rates than one line holds, it reads Varies by class. If you are an instructor, Specialties and Availability, which lists your blocked times, are here too. Your staff type and permission level are at the top of the page. The studio’s Owner or an Admin changes these details.
Calendar: My Classes
If you teach, the top of the Calendar page has a My Classes / Whole Studio switch. My Classes shows only your classes, Whole Studio every session of the studio. As staff, the Calendar opens on My Classes, and your last choice is remembered. With My Classes on, the Instructor filter is hidden; the other filters and the Month, Week and List views work as usual: Calendar views and filters.
With My Classes on, each class in the List view shows:
- For a class still to come, the Expected earning: your estimated compensation at its current occupancy. The class’s own compensation definition is used when it has one, otherwise your staff-wide one; a fixed salary is not part of it.
- The class’s attendance summary and the Take Attendance button: Take attendance.
Compensation
At the bottom of the Profile page, every staff member has a full-width Compensation card, whether they teach or not. Its first row is the Period; a period covers up to 24 months. Beside it stand the period’s Period Total, Paid and Pending amounts.
In Monthly Compensation each month is a row: the month, the classes you taught that month if you are an instructor, its status and its total. The status reads Paid or Pending; when the payments went past the month’s compensation, it reads Overpaid with the extra amount. When part of the month is paid, the amount still pending is in the status and the amount paid is beside the class count. Classes that earned nothing because no rate was set for them are counted beside the class count too ("3 have no rate"); once the studio sets the rate, the compensation updates. Press a row to open the month and see its lines with their quantity, rate and amount; the newest month opens on its own.
If a past month has classes missing attendance, the opened month warns about them; pressing a class opens its attendance. The Payment History lists the payments the studio recorded in the period, newest first: the payment day, the month it settled, the account, who recorded it and the amount.
