Before you start
- The card's program must be set up and active under Business › Partners. An Owner or Admin adds it there, with its visit rate, daily class limit and the classes the card covers.
- The member must be active. An inactive member cannot be given a partner card.
- A partner card is a package too. On a paid plan, giving a card to a member with no running package makes them Active and counts toward your plan's active member limit; if the limit is full, the card is not given: Plans and limits.
Give the card
On the member page, choose Give Partner Card from the More actions (⋯) menu.
The Give Partner Card window opens.
Choose the member's card under Partner Card.
Type the member's card number into Card Number.
Press Give Card.
The card shows with its number in the Active Packages section of the member page.
How visits are counted
A card holder books the classes the card covers without a package. The visits the card provider pays for are counted by the program's settings:
- A member who attends always counts as a visit.
- With A late cancel counts as a visit on, a cancellation inside the Late Cancel Window counts too.
- With A no-show counts as a visit on, a member who does not turn up counts too.
- The Daily Class Limit caps how many classes the card can be used for in a day.
- When a class has a Extra Fee, that amount is collected from the member on top of the card. Seats is how many card holders one session may take.
When you sell a member a package, you can also take its payment by partner card: Sell a package to a member.
