The summary cards
The four cards at the top of the Member Management page count the whole studio, whatever the filters say:
- Total Members: with the Active, No Package and Inactive counts under it.
- New This Month: members whose join date falls this month, with last month under it.
- Members in Debt: members who owe something, with the overdue count and the total receivable under it.
- Packages Ending: members with fewer than 10 days left on their package.
Filter the list
The Search members box above the table looks in names, phone numbers and email addresses. Next to it are the filters:
- Status: Active (members whose package is running, a frozen one included), No Package (members who are not inactive but have no running package) or Inactive.
- Package: members with an active package, with fewer than 10 days left on their package, with a frozen package, or with none.
- Debt: No Debt, Owing or Overdue.
- Classes: members whose active packages let them book every class you pick.
- Source: Added by Studio or Trial Class Page.
- Account Status: members who have signed in to the app (Signed In), who have not accepted their invitation yet (Invitation Pending) or who have no email (No Email). Inactive members are not in this filter.
A member's email, and whether they use the app, does not change their Status: a member with no email whose package is running shows as Active.
Every filter but Classes takes one value; picking a new one replaces the old. Clear Filters removes them all.
Sort the list
You sort in the column headers. Press Member Name, Join Date, Package Status, Debt Status or Due Date: the first press sorts ascending, the second descending, and the third returns the list to its default order by name. On a phone the table becomes a list of cards, and you pick the order from the "Sort" button above them.
Export as CSV
Narrow the list to the members you want with the search and the filters, and pick the order.
Open the More actions (⋯) menu above the table and choose Export CSV.
A "The CSV is downloaded" message appears and a file named members-YYYY-MM-DD.csv downloads.
The file holds every member matching the search and the filters, in the list order, not only the page on screen. The columns are in the language you use the app in:
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Name | The member's full name |
| Phone | The phone number on record |
| The member's email address; empty for a member without one | |
| Level | Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced |
| Join Date | The day they joined the studio |
| Status | Active, No Package or Inactive |
| Account Status | Signed In, Invitation Pending or No Email; empty for an inactive member |
| Package Status | Active, Frozen or No Package |
| Packages | The number of active packages |
| Days Left | Days until the package ends; No end date for a package that never runs out |
| Credits Left | Credits left out of the total, such as 3/8 |
| Outstanding Debt | The total still owed |
| Next Due Date | The soonest open due date |
Import members
Dakik has no CSV import for members; you add them one by one with Add a Member. To bring your existing members over, see Move your members to Dakik.
