How are members moved?
Dakik has no import screen where you upload a member list from a file yourself. The Dakik team helps you move your existing members across with their open packages and the credits already used.
The list you already keep in Excel or Google Sheets is enough. To see what information is needed, use the free Member list template.
Before you start
Members move across with their packages, so the classes and packages have to be in Dakik first:
- The classes you teach, under Business › Classes. See Your first week.
- The packages you sell, under Business › Packages. See Create a package.
Prepare the member list
Download the Member list template from the Studio Management Templates page, or open your own list.
The template has twelve columns and three sample members.
Fill in one row per member: name, phone, email, level and join date.
For members with an open package, add the classes, the package name, its start and end dates, its price, the credits used and whether it is paid.
Write the class and package names exactly as you defined them in Dakik, the same way on every row.
Send the list to the Dakik team.
The team plans the move with you.

If you have only a few members
You can also add members one at a time with Add a Member on the Members page: Add and invite a member. Then give them their open packages with the steps in Sell a package to a member.
