Open the search
Search is in the bar at the top of every page for owners, admins and staff. On a wide screen it is a box that reads Search…; on a phone or a narrow window it is a magnifier icon. The Member Panel has no search.
Press the Search… box or the magnifier icon. From the keyboard, ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows opens it too, and so does / when you are not typing in a field.
The search window opens with the cursor in the search box.
Type a few letters of what you are looking for.
Results appear in groups and update as you type.
Move to the result you want with the arrow keys and press Enter, or click it.
The result’s page, card or form opens and the search window closes.
What the search finds
Results come in these groups, in this order:
- Members: by name, phone or email. First and last name can come in any order, so "yilmaz ayse" also finds Ayşe Yılmaz. The phone number works with or without spaces, in full or by its last digits ("4567").
- Sessions: by the class, instructor or room name, from yesterday up to two weeks ahead. Type a day to list that day’s sessions (see below). A session today or earlier opens Attendance; a later one opens Session Members.
- Staff: the studio’s staff. Only owners and admins see this group.
- Classes, Rooms and Packages: classes, rooms, packages and partner cards. Only owners and admins see this group.
- Actions: forms such as Add a Member, Add Income, Assign a Package and Add Session, and Support to write to the Dakik team. Choosing one opens the form or window right over the page you are on.
- Pages: the pages of the menu.
- Settings: settings pages such as Account and Preferences, and individual settings cards such as Message Templates, Sign In and Security and WhatsApp Connection. Choosing one opens the Settings window over the page you are on, at that page and scrolled to that card.
- Shortcuts: lists that open already filtered, for example Members Who Owe, Inactive Members, Packages Ending Soon, Sessions Missing Attendance and This Month's Income.
Find the sessions of a day
When you type a day, the Sessions group lists that day’s sessions by start time and names the day in its heading, such as "Sessions · Tomorrow" or "Sessions · Wednesday, October 14". Add another word to narrow them down: "tomorrow reformer" lists tomorrow’s Reformer sessions.
- "today", "tomorrow" and "yesterday".
- Days of the week, in full or short: "friday", "fri", "monday", "mon". If today is that day you get today’s sessions; otherwise the next date that falls on it.
- A date written day first: "12.10", "12.10.2026" or "12 oct". Without a year, the date is taken in the current year.
Find a member and act on them
A member result shows the phone number, the state of the package (such as the credits and days left) and, where it applies, an Inactive or debt tag. A quick question like "how many credits are left?" is often answered without opening the member. Enter opens Member Details.
Search for the member and move to their row with the arrow keys.
The member’s row is highlighted.
Press the right arrow (→) or Tab.
The member’s actions are listed: Open Details, Assign a Package, Take a Payment, Assign Session, Reschedule, Freeze, Edit and Payments.
Choose the action and press Enter. To go back, the left arrow (←) returns to the results.
The action opens for that member.
When no member is found
When no member matches what you typed but some names are very close to it, as with a typo, those members are listed under Similar Members.
When no member is found, or only similar ones, the member group ends with an "Add … as a New Member" row. It opens the New Member form with the name you typed already in Member Name. If you typed a phone number, the row reads "Add a New Member with …" and the number goes into Phone. Fill in the rest of the form and press Save.
When the search box is empty
Before you type anything, the window shows two lists: Recently Opened and Suggested Actions. Suggested Actions holds the forms used most.
- Recently Opened holds what you last opened on this device: the pages, settings, forms and shortcuts you chose from the search, and the Member Details and staff pages you last looked at, however you got there (a list, a link, a notification or the search).
- The recent list belongs to the device, so another device keeps its own.
The list is read again each time you open the search, so after leaving a member’s page that member is at the top.

What the search does not find
- Help Center articles do not show up in this search; use the Help Center’s own search for them.
- Individual income and expense records are not searched. Find a member’s payment by finding the member and choosing Payments from their actions; find other records with the filters of the Income and Expenses pages under Finance.
