Before you start
Signing up is for the studio owner. Whoever opens the account becomes the studio’s user with the Owner role, and the studio is created along with it.
- An email address you use yourself, or a Google account.
- No credit card: the trial asks for no payment details.
Sign up with email and a password
Open the Dakik sign-up page.
The Create your studio account form appears.
Fill in your Full Name and Email.
Type a password of at least 8 characters under Password.
The meter under the field shows how strong it is.
If another studio invited you, press Have an invite code? and enter the code under Invite code.
If you came through an invite link, the field opens with the code already filled in.
Tick the box to accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
Press Create My Account.
Your account and your studio are created, and the studio setup wizard opens.
Sign up with a Google account
On the sign-up page, press "Sign Up with Google".
Google’s account picker opens.
Choose the Google account you want to use.
You come back to Dakik and the studio setup wizard opens.
An account opened with Google needs no password; you sign in with the same button. Google vouches for the address, so no verification email is sent.
Verify your email address
When you sign up with email and a password, a verification email is sent to your address. Its link is valid for 7 days.
Open the verification email from Dakik in your inbox.
Press the link in the email.
A page confirms that your email address is verified.
Until your address is verified, a Verify your email notice shows at the top of the app. If the email did not arrive, use Send the Verification Email Again on that notice.
How does the trial work?
Every new studio starts with a free 30-day trial. During the trial every Pro feature is on, and there is no limit on active members or branches.
If you picked a plan on the pricing page before signing up, the form shows the plan you chose. It is there for reference only: the trial still starts with every Pro feature.
What happens after you sign up?
As soon as you sign up, the studio setup wizard opens. There you set your studio name, your working hours and the privacy notice your members accept. See Studio setup wizard for the details.
After the wizard, the Setup Guide walks you through adding rooms, classes, packages and your first session: The Setup Guide step by step.
