Use a make-up credit

What is the Make-up Pool?

When you cancel a class, or your studio cancels one of your classes, its credit goes into your Make-up Pool and shows under My Make-up Credits on the Classes page of your menu. Each credit row shows the package it came from, its type (Restricted or Unrestricted), when it expires and how long is left. With no usable credit, the section is not shown at all.

Restricted

Comes from a class you canceled yourself. It is valid for your package's rescheduling window, counted from the moment you canceled; if your package ends sooner, it ends with the package.

Unrestricted

Comes from the studio, for example from a class the studio canceled. It is valid until the end of the day your package ends.

Use a make-up credit

1. 1

   Open Classes from the menu.

   Your credits are listed under My Make-up Credits.

   Press Use next to the credit you want to use.

   The Cancel or Reschedule a Class window opens on Target Sessions; the box at the top shows the last date the credit is valid.

   Press Select next to a session marked Eligible.

   The Use the make-up credit confirmation opens.

4. 4

   Confirm with Use It.

   A "Your make-up credit is used" message appears, and the class is added to Upcoming Classes.
