Freeze your package

Before you start

• Your studio sets the freeze allowance for your package: how many times you can freeze it and how many days one freeze may last. Trial packages cannot be frozen.
• If none of your active packages can be frozen, or your allowance is used up, the Freeze My Package button is inactive. Press it to read Your active package cannot be frozen.

Freeze your package

   Press Freeze My Package at the top of your Profile page.

   The Freeze My Package window opens. If only one package can be frozen, it is already selected.

   Under Package, pick the package you want to freeze.

   The Freeze allowance left and the most days one freeze may last appear.

   In Freeze range, pick the start and end dates.

   The Freeze preview shows the length, your new package end date and your classes inside the range.

   If you like, add a short note under Reason.

   Press Freeze My Package at the bottom of the window.

   A "Your package is frozen" message appears with the new end date.

What happens when you freeze

• Your package end date moves out by the length of the freeze.
• You are taken out of the classes inside the freeze range. You keep their credit: it goes back to your package, or into the Make-up Pool as an unrestricted credit, usable until the new end date.
• A freeze that starts today takes effect at once; a later one starts on its first day.
• The frozen days are marked on the Calendar page, and the My Packages card on your Profile page shows the freeze dates under the package.

Cancel a freeze that has not started

A freeze with a later start shows under your package on the My Packages card of your Profile page as a Planned freeze line until its first day. If you changed your mind or picked the wrong dates, cancel it from that line.

   Press Cancel the Freeze on the Planned freeze line.

   A confirmation window opens.

   Confirm with Cancel the Freeze in the window.

   A "Your freeze was canceled" message appears with the end date your package went back to.

• You get the freeze back, and your package end date goes back to what it was.
• Where there is room, you are booked into your standing series classes again.
• Other classes the freeze took you out of need booking again yourself; their credits are in your package or the Make-up Pool.

End a freeze early

If you open the window while your package is frozen, a This package is frozen right now notice appears. A new freeze for the same package can only be scheduled after the current one ends.
