Before you start
The trial class page is a link the studio shares with you; every studio has its own address. You do not need an account to book: you only type the code sent to your email.
Book a trial class
Open the trial class link the studio shared.
The studio's name, its contact details and the sessions with a free seat appear.
If there is more than one class, pick one from the options at the top, or leave All classes selected.
Pick a day from the day strip and press the session that suits you.
The Your details step opens with the session you picked at the top.
Fill in Full name, Email and Phone.
Tick the box saying you have read and accept the studio's privacy notice and consent text.
Press Send Verification Code.
The Verify your email step opens, and a 6-digit code arrives in your email.
Type the code in Verification code.
Press Complete Booking.
The Your seat is booked screen appears.
What happens after you book
- Your seat is held at once, and a confirmation with your trial class details arrives in your email.
- The same email carries your invitation to the member app. Open your account to follow your class on the Classes page of your menu: Sign in with your invitation. The invitation link is valid for 7 days.
- If the trial class has a price, you pay it at the studio; the Your seat is booked screen shows the amount. If it is free, the same screen says so.
If the booking does not go through
- "The session you picked is no longer available": the session filled up while you were typing. Pick another one from the list.
- "That email already belongs to a Dakik account": you already have a Dakik account with this address. Contact the studio.
- "A trial class has already been taken at this studio with these details": at this studio each email address and each phone number can take the trial class only once. Contact the studio to book a class.
- No sessions available: no trial session in the coming days has a free seat. Check back later or call the studio.
- No trial classes right now: the studio is not taking trial class bookings at the moment.
