Cancel a class

   Open Classes from the menu of the Dakik app.

   Manage Classes appears at the top of the page.

   Press Manage Classes at the top of the page.

   The Cancel or Reschedule a Class window opens with your upcoming classes.

   Press Cancel (into the Make-up Pool) next to the class.

   A confirmation window opens.

   Confirm with Cancel It.

   A "Your class is canceled" message appears.

What happens to the credit of a class I cancel?

You do not lose it; it goes to your Make-up Pool and shows under My Make-up Credits on the Classes page. From there, press Use to pick another session with a free seat and book it.

• Restricted: credits from classes you canceled yourself. Use them within your package rescheduling window.
• Unrestricted: credits from classes the studio canceled. They are valid until your package ends.

If the cancel option is closed

When your studio's package rules do not allow a cancellation, the option is closed and the reason is shown beside it:

• The cancellation window has passed: there is less time left before the class than your package allows.
• If you have used up the cancellation and rescheduling limit of your package for this period, the option still looks open; when you press it, an Allowance used up warning appears at the top of the window.
• This package only allows rescheduling: you cannot cancel the class, but you can move it to another session.
• This package has no make-up credits: your package does not allow cancellations and make-ups.
