The member panel
When the studio adds a member with an email, an invitation goes out; the member sets a password and opens their panel. Its menu has two pages: a Calendar of their own classes, and Profile, with the next class, the credits left, the package end, the payment plan and any make-up credits. Members cancel or move a class within the package rules, answer waitlist offers and freeze their package. The studio takes payments.
First 30 days free · No credit card required
An app on the home screen
Nothing to download from a store; it is added from the browser and opens with its own icon.
Their own calendar
Only the member's classes, by month, week or list, with the frozen days marked.
Changes within the rules
Cancel / Change lists the sessions the package allows and shows the deadline for each class.
Offers that are not missed
A notification arrives when a waitlist spot opens, and Join takes it in one tap.
Where do members see their classes and bookings?
The studio books a member's classes, and the member sees them on the Next Class and Classes cards of their Profile page. Next Class shows the day, time, room and instructor of the soonest class and, when the package allows it, the latest time it can be canceled. Members book a spot themselves by using a make-up credit or by joining the waitlist of a full session.
- The Calendar page shows only the member's own classes, narrowed down by class or instructor
- The Classes card has Upcoming and Past views; Past sums up the last 30 days of attendance
- Classes Left, Package Ends, Debt and Classes This Week head the Profile page
- The Payments card is for reading only: the payment plan, the payment history and past packages
The studio books new classes and sells packages; from the panel, members manage the classes they have, their make-up credits and their waitlist entries.
How does a member cancel a class or move it to another session?
Cancel / Change opens the Cancel or Reschedule a Class window, where every class row shows its Deadline. Cancel (into the Make-up Pool) leaves the credit in the pool; Reschedule lists the sessions the package covers that fit the level and are open to moves. When the package rule does not allow a change, the reason shows in place of the option, and for anything outside the rules the member talks to the studio.
- If the chosen session is full, Join the Waitlist puts the member in line, and the current class stays where it is
- A credit in the Make-up Pool is placed on a session with room through Use on the My Packages card
- Freeze My Package freezes the package within the limits the studio set, and shows the new end date first
Cancel / Change
Press it on the Next Class card of the Profile page, or in the details of a class on the Classes card.
Reschedule
In the Target Sessions list, press Select next to a session marked Eligible.
Confirm
The current class and the new session show one under the other; once confirmed, the credit moves to the new session and the instructor is told.
How is the member panel added to a phone, and how are notifications turned on?
Dakik is a web app, not an app store download. On an Android phone or a computer, press Add on the card at the top of the page; on an iPhone or iPad, choose Add to Home Screen from Safari's share menu. Opened from the home screen, Dakik runs with its own icon and receives push notifications, which are turned on per device with Push notifications under Settings › Preferences.
- Members are notified of a booking confirmation, a class reminder, a session change or cancellation, a waitlist offer, a package about to end and an installment falling due
- In-app notifications always land under the bell; push and WhatsApp bring them to the phone as well
- Between 22:00 and 08:00, push and WhatsApp messages wait until the morning; urgent ones, such as a waitlist offer, do not
- When the studio uses WhatsApp, members choose which messages they get on the WhatsApp Preferences card
Frequently asked questions
Do members pay for their package in the app?
No. No payment goes through Dakik; the studio takes the payment and records it. On their Profile page members see what they owe, when the next installment is due and their payment history. An overdue installment also shows as a line on their Needs Attention card.
Can members sign up for a new class themselves?
New classes are booked, and packages sold, by the studio. From their panel members cancel or move the classes they have, put a make-up credit on a session with room, and join the waitlist when the session they want to move to is full. All of it stays within their package rules.
How does a member open their account?
The studio opens it: when you add a member with an email, an invitation goes to them. From the link they set a password or connect their Google account and press Activate My Account. The link is valid for 7 days; if it expires, the studio sends the invitation again.
Can the member panel be used in English?
Yes. Members choose Turkish or English with Language on the Appearance card under Settings › Preferences, and the screens and notifications follow. The choice is saved to the account and applies on every device.
Does the member panel work without an internet connection?
No. Dakik works over the internet, and the studio data is not kept on the device. If the connection drops, a notice at the top of the page says changes cannot be saved; once it is back, the member carries on where they left off.
WHEN YOU ARE READY
