Before you start
The privacy notice is the information and consent text your members accept on your studio's behalf when they register. Every studio starts with a default text prepared by Dakik. Each branch has its own notice, and only the Owner can edit it.
- During first setup you see the notice in the Privacy Notice step: Studio setup wizard.
- Later you edit it from the Privacy Notice / Consent Text row of the Studio Details window, opened from your studio's card on the Business › Branches page.
Edit the notice
On the Business › Branches page, press your studio's card.
The Studio Details window opens.
In the Privacy Notice / Consent Text row at the bottom of the window, press Edit.
The notice opens in a window of its own.
Edit the Türkçe text.
For members who read English, switch to English and edit Privacy Notice (English).
Press Save.
The message "The privacy notice was saved" appears.
- The Turkish text is required.
- The English text is optional. Leave it empty and members who read English see the Turkish text.
- Wherever you write {{studio_name}}, your studio name appears when the notice is shown.
Go back to the ready-made text
While you have not changed the notice, the row carries the Default tag. Once you have, you can go back to Dakik's ready-made text.
In the notice window, press Restore the Default at the bottom left.
In the confirmation, press Restore the Default.
The message "The default privacy notice is back" appears.
Where the notice is shown
- In the New Member form: when you register a member at the studio, the link in the consent box opens this notice. It shows in the language of the person using the app.
- On the trial class page: a person who books themselves reads and accepts this notice. It shows in the language of the person who opened the page.
The member's consent and its date stay on record in the member's details: Privacy consent and health notes.
