Studio setup wizard

Before you start

The wizard opens on its own once you have opened your Dakik account. Only the user with the Owner role sees it; users with the Admin role are never sent there.

Until you save the wizard or skip it, no other page of the app opens. It has three steps: Studio Details, Working Hours and Privacy Notice.

Complete the wizard

   On Studio Details, type your studio’s name under Studio Name.

   If you like, upload your logo and fill in the Email, Phone and Address.

   A preview under the field shows how the logo looks in the header. An empty email field starts with the address you signed up with.

   Press Continue.

   The Working Hours step opens.

   Choose the Opening Time and the Closing Time, then press Continue.

   The Privacy Notice step opens.

   Read the ready-made privacy notice and adapt it to your studio if you need to.

   The studio name in it comes from the first step.

   Press Save.

   A "Your studio details are saved" message appears and the Overview page opens.

What do the working hours change?

• The calendar shows this window.
• The session form suggests start times from it.
• The closing time is not included: the last session starts 15 minutes before it at the latest.

A session outside the window is still drawn on the calendar; the hours never block a session.

The privacy notice

This is the privacy and consent notice your members accept on your studio’s behalf when they are registered. The wizard starts you off with a ready-made text.

• The Türkçe text is required.
• The English text is optional. It is shown to members who read English; leave it empty and they see the Turkish text.

Skip the wizard for now

Every step has a Skip for Now button. When you skip, the studio is saved under the default name (My Studio), the working hours and the privacy notice keep their defaults, and the Overview page opens.

While the studio still has the default name, a Finish your studio details reminder shows at the top of the app. Its Go to Setup button takes you back to the wizard.

Change the details later

The studio name, logo, contact details, working hours and privacy notice are edited from your studio’s card under Business › Branches. Only the Owner sees that page.
