Member management
In Dakik every member has one page: Member Details. Under the header sit the debt, classes left, package end and next class, and the Needs Attention card lists an overdue installment, a package about to end or an expiring make-up credit, the most pressing first. A member added with an email gets the invitation on its own; the privacy consent is recorded with its date, and only studio staff see the health note.
First 30 days free · No credit card required
One page per member
Packages, classes, payments and personal details on one board with no tabs; on a phone the cards fold.
The Needs Attention card
An overdue payment, an ending package, an expiring make-up credit; most lines carry the button that settles them.
Invitations by email
A member whose email you enter gets an invitation valid for 7 days and sets their own password.
Privacy and health notes
The privacy consent is recorded with its date, and only studio staff can read the health note.
What is on the Member Details page?
Member Details gathers everything about the member on one page, with no tabs. The four tiles under the header show where they stand at a glance: Debt with the next due date, Classes Left, Package Ends and Next Class, each colored by its state. On a wide screen, Needs Attention, Active Packages, Classes and Payments run down the left, and Health Note, Member Information and Standing Seats down the right.
- Debt is green when nothing is owed, amber while owing and red once a due date has passed; pressing it opens the payment window
- Classes Left turns amber at two credits and red at none; Package Ends turns amber with fewer than 10 days left
- The header carries Assign a Package, Take a Payment and Assign Session; More actions holds Edit Member, Freeze Package and Resend the Invitation
- On a phone the cards stack in the same order and fold; Expand All opens them all at once
What does the Needs Attention card show?
The Needs Attention card heads the left column of Member Details and lists what needs your attention about the member now, the most pressing first. Most lines carry a button that does the job in one step: Take a Payment on an overdue installment, Use on an expiring make-up credit, Resend the Invitation for a member who has not accepted it. When there is nothing to do, the card does not show at all.
- Overdue payment
- An installment is past its due date; the line gives what is overdue, not the member's whole debt.
- Package ending
- Fewer than 10 days are left on a package; the days left are the line's tag.
- Sessions waiting for a package
- The member was added to sessions without a package; they turn into bookings once a fitting package is assigned.
- Standing seat
- The seat is released today, held, or ready to be resumed; Go to the Seat takes you to its card.
When only informational lines are left, such as a missing privacy consent, the card is titled Good to Know.
How is a new member added and invited?
In the Add a Member window on the Members page, the name, level, join date and privacy consent are required; the email and phone are optional. Enter an email and the member gets a one-time invitation valid for 7 days, then sets their own password. The four cards above the list count the whole studio, and the Account Status column shows whether each member is Signed In, Invitation Pending or No Email.
- The Total Members, New This Month, Members in Debt and Packages Ending cards; pressing either of the last two filters the list to those members
- Status, Package, Debt, Classes, Source and Account Status filters narrow the list, and the column headers sort it
- Export CSV downloads every member that matches the filters, in the order of the list
- A member without an email can be added too; no invitation goes to them, and the studio manages their packages and classes
Add a Member
Press it on the Members page and fill in the Member Name, the Level and the Studio Join Date.
Privacy Consent
Tick the box; its link opens your studio's own privacy text.
Save
With an email entered, the invitation goes out at once; if the link expires, Resend the Invitation sends a new one.
How are the privacy consent and health notes protected?
Dakik records, for each member, the moment the privacy notice and consent text was accepted; the text is your studio's own and is accepted on the New Member form or on the trial class page. A recorded consent shows as Consented, with its date and time, on the Member Information card. A note written under Health Notes is special-category data that only owners, admins and staff can read.
- The Member Information card also holds the gender, birth date, join date, channel, referring member and any Studio Note
- Health notes are left out of the CSV on purpose, and they are deleted when a member is deactivated
- Members update their own note from their Profile; the instructors of their upcoming classes are notified, without the note itself
- A member with no consent on record gets a No privacy consent line on the Needs Attention card
Frequently asked questions
How do I move my existing member list into Dakik?
There is no screen in the app for uploading members from a file. The move is done with an import template you ask the Dakik team for: you fill it in with your members, their open packages and the credits used, send it back, and the team does the import. Members who join later are added with Add a Member.
What do I do when a member leaves the studio?
Set their Status to Inactive in Edit Member. An inactive member cannot sign in, take a package or be assigned to a session, and does not count toward the plan's active member limit; their past classes and payments stay as they are. If they have upcoming bookings, Remove the Bookings and Deactivate frees those spots and offers them to the waitlist.
Can family members who share one phone number be added separately?
Yes. When the number is already on another member of the studio, the form names that member but does not stop you saving. The trial class page, however, counts a shared number as one person: once the number is on a member, no new trial class can be booked with it.
Can staff see and change member details?
Yes. Owners, admins and staff can add and edit members, read health notes and assign packages. Editing a sold package, changing or canceling a payment record and deleting a member are for owners and admins only.
WHEN YOU ARE READY
Less admin, more movement.
Members, packages, the schedule and instructor pay in one panel from day one.
