Running several branches
In Dakik each branch runs as a studio of its own, with its own calendar, members, staff and finances. The Owner runs every branch with the same email and password: they switch branches from the studio name at the top and see the active members of each branch together on the Branches page. All branches share one subscription. The Starter and Growth plans cover one branch; the Pro plan has no branch limit.

Each branch is its own studio
The calendar, members, staff, classes, rooms, packages and finances are kept apart in every branch.
One sign-in to switch
The Owner signs in with the same email and password and switches branch from the studio name at the top.
The Owner alone manages them
Opening, closing and switching branches belong to the Owner; every other role works in its own branch.
Member counts side by side
The Branches page shows each branch's active members next to the others; all of them share one subscription.
How does the Owner switch between branches?
Once a second branch opens, the studio name at the top of the app turns into a menu. The Owner picks a branch there and its Calendar page opens; the same switch is Switch in a branch card's menu on the Branches page. Each card on the Branches page shows the branch's logo, name, address or phone and active member count, so the member numbers of every branch read side by side.
- No second account or password is needed; the Owner is linked to every branch with the same email and password
- Manage Branches in the menu opens the Branches page
- A branch tagged Suspended cannot be switched to
What does each branch keep to itself, and what is shared?
Each branch runs on its own calendar, members, staff and finances; a member or staff member of one branch does not appear in another. Classes, rooms, packages and partner cards are set up separately too, and the studio details, working hours and WhatsApp line belong to the branch. What they share is the subscription and plan: the active member limit counts every branch together, and so does the WhatsApp Assistant's monthly allowance.
- Kept by the branch
- The calendar, members, staff, finances, classes, rooms, packages, partner cards, studio details, working hours and WhatsApp line.
- Copied to a new branch
- The logo, the Turkish and English privacy notice, the notification templates and the reminder settings, taken from the branch you are in.
- Shared
- The subscription and plan, the active member limit and the WhatsApp Assistant's monthly reply allowance.
How do you open a new branch, and how many does each plan allow?
On Business › Branches the Owner presses New Branch, types the branch name, adds a phone, email and address if they like, checks the working hours and presses Open Branch. The free trial has no branch limit; the Starter and Growth plans cover one branch and the Pro plan has no limit. The limit is only checked when a branch is opened, so a plan change never closes an open branch.
New Branch
On Business › Branches, press New Branch; a window of the same name opens.
Branch details
Fill in the Branch Name; add the Phone, Email and Address if you like and check the Working Hours.
Open Branch
Press Open Branch; the new branch opens empty, with no classes, rooms, packages, members or staff.
A branch is closed with Delete in its card's menu, confirmed by typing its name; its data is kept, and the Dakik support team reopens it on request. The branch you are in and the last branch left cannot be deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay separately for each branch?
No. The Dakik subscription covers the whole business; every branch shares the same plan and the same period. On the Pro plan you can open as many branches as you need, and there is no active member limit either.
Can Admins and instructors switch between branches too?
No. Opening, closing and switching branches are the Owner's alone; the Branches page and the branch menu at the top are shown to the Owner only. Admins, staff and members work in the branch they belong to, and a staff record of one branch does not appear in another.
Can each branch have its own WhatsApp number?
Yes. Each branch sets up its own WhatsApp connection and sends reminders to its members from its own number. A new branch copies the notification templates and reminder settings of the branch it was opened from, but the number has to be linked separately.
If I move to a smaller plan, do my branches close?
No. The branch limit is only checked when a new branch is opened; if you have more branches than your plan allows, none is closed, only a new one cannot be opened. At the limit, the New Branch button opens a window explaining why.
Can I open branches during the free trial?
Yes. The free trial has no branch limit, so you can open a second branch and try switching between them. After the trial, opening a new branch takes the Pro plan, since the Starter and Growth plans cover one branch.
