Follow up after a trial class

Which notifications arrive?

For every booking made on the trial class page, users with the Owner or Admin role get two notifications:

• New Trial Class: arrives the moment someone books on the page. For example: "Jane Smith booked a trial class on your trial page: Reformer on 10/12/2026 at 7:00 PM."
• Trial Class Follow-up: arrives around 10:00 (Turkey time) on the day after the trial class, as a reminder that it is a good moment to offer a package.

Trial Class Follow-up arrives only when:

• The member booked through the trial class page.
• Their seat in yesterday's trial class was not canceled and was not marked No-show in attendance. It also arrives when attendance was never taken.
• The member holds no package other than trial packages. If you gave them another package before the class, no notification arrives.

Go from a notification to the member

   On the Notifications page, press the Members and Trials filter.

   The notification types of this group open as a list you can tick.

   Tick New Trial Class and Trial Class Follow-up.

   Only the trial class notifications stay on the list.

   Press the notification.

   The member's page opens.

Find the members who came through the page

   On the Members page, open the Source filter.

   Two options show: Added by Studio and Trial Class Page.

   Choose Trial Class Page.

   Only the members who booked through the trial class page stay on the list.

Move a trial member onto a package

If the member wants to carry on after the trial class, sell them a regular package. They are already on your member list, so there is nothing to add again.

   Choose Assign a Package from the member's row menu or from their member page.

   The Assign a Package window opens with the member filled in.

   Choose the package and finish the sale with the steps in Sell a package to a member.

If the trial package has a price the member has not paid yet, the debt waits as a single installment due on the day of the class. To collect it, choose Take a Payment; see Take a payment.

What does Dakik not do on its own?

• It sends the member no message offering a package after the trial class. You make the offer yourself, for example at the studio, by phone or on WhatsApp.
• There is no separate report of how many trial members bought a package. List them with the Source filter and check their packages on their member pages.
